‘I should have known then. But I was like – this is crazy, we can’t keep this dog’: A pit bull puppy’s brave escape from a dog breeder leads to a cold car park rescue and a happily furever after for her new pawrents

Dog rescues often involve a lot of hooman involvement. Whether it is the person who dumped the doggo, or the person who finds the doggo, the legwork involved is usually immense. But in the sweet story we have lined up for you today the doggo does most of the work themselves.

First it escaped the breeder it was born into, then it journeyed who knows how far and sought out the pawfect potential pawrents to spend the rest of its days with. The hoomans just happened to be outside at that exact moment and were kind enough to spring into action. There was no daring chase, there was no endless search for tiny barks of help, there was simply a doggo determined to build a better life for itself who would not give up its quest for anything in the world. And that determination most certainly paid off as over a process of about a week, this darling doggo managed to cause its rescuer to fall in love with her and adopt her herself. Resulting in one successful mission complete and a furever family created on the spot.
